Public Safety Network Redundancy Question Deadline 02/12/2025 at 12:00 PM ET All questions by prospective Bidders as to the interpretation of Notice to Contractors, form of proposals, form of contract, plans and specifications must be submitted in writing through the following email purchasing@methuen.gov The City of Methuen's IT department is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the installation of one (1) new 96-count single-mode fiber (SMF) running between Methuen City Hall and the Fire Department Headquarters. Bids filled out and left with the deposit as above directed, and no other, will be opened at Methuen City Hall on the 3rd floor (Great Hall), 41 Pleasant Street, Methuen, MA 01844. The City of Methuen reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding if it is deeded to be in the best interest for the City to do so. No Bid may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days, Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays excluded, after the opening of bids. The bidding and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B; 39M.
