The estimated cost range: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00. Deadline for Receipt of Questions February 12, 2025. ANTICIPATED CONTRACT TERM The Project is expected to be completed 30 days after Notice to Proceed. PERFORMANCE BOND AND PAYMENT BOND A 100% Performance Bond and Payment Bond shall be required and shall be submitted by the successful bidder at the time of execution of the Form of Agreement between University and Contractor in an amount equal to the contract sum. Bids are to be valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days following the closing date for this IFB. This period may be extended by written mutual agreement between the vendor and the University.
