St Mary's College of Maryland (SMCM) is pleased to announce a request for Design-Build proposals to renovate and modernize a residence hall that was constructed in 1970. Prince George Residence Hall will be the first of four that will receive similar treatments over the next two to three years. The scope of the proposed renovation will address the interior of the building, to include all bathrooms.
