This project requires 25% DBE participation, or if the contract goal is not met, documented evidence of good faith efforts. The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on May 5, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Region One/District One Office in Schaumburg. Phase I engineering services are required to provide Data Bank Management Consultants (DBMC) to support the collection, processing, and management of critical highway-related data. The DBMC will perform tasks related to field data collection and office processing, of detailed roadway and structure data, jurisdictional changes, construction updates, Pavement Condition Ratings, and traffic monitoring.as outlined in the various Illinois Highway Information System (IHIS) manuals. The IHIS manuals can be found on the IDOT website. DBMC personnel will report direcftly to the Data Bank Manager.
