Oregon State University (OSU and/or Owner) is conducting a competitive one-step Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process to retain qualified contractors to provide various flooring types from a variety of manufactures, flooring installation services, and flooring repair services for a term of three (3) years with an optional two (2) one (1) year renewals (Project). The number of contracts awarded will be at the discretion of OSU based on the needs of OSU. Currently, OSU has two (2) separate Master Contracts for Floor coverings (Master Contracts). All are due to expire November 30, 2025. These Master Contracts have been heavily used by OSU since their inception in 2015. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to constructioncontracts@oregonstate.edu by the Question Deadline in order to be addressed
