Site work and renovation of a civil project in Corvallis, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work consists of: Yard piping, control valve vault, electrical and instrumentation and controls at the Rock Creek Water Treatment Plant. 8700 feet of HDPE pipe along Rock Creek Road and Henkle Way public rights of ways, including in-water- work at water crossings, and gravel road restoration. 2500 feet of HDPE pipe along West Hills Road and Reservoir Ave public rights of way including HMAC road restoration. 1400 feet of HDPE pipe, control valve vault, electrical and instrumentation at the Bald Hill Reservoir site including HPSV zone mitigation. And erosion and sediment control. The Engineering estimate is $10,500,000. All who are known by the City to have received a complete set of the document will receive notification when additional items are posted. This Project is funded through federal funds under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
