Re-coating in 2025 of exterior and interior wet surfaces of 110' tall, 150,000 gallon, 1982 Caldwell Pedesphere Tank with logo/lettering included. No interior dry re-coating is included. The Tower is located just north of the Village. Also included is a 5-year contract (2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029) for inspection and cleaning of both Village towers. Bidders are advised that this Contract will be subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and Illinois Steel Products Procurement Act. This project is subject to the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act. The successful Bidder shall provide at least 40% of all labor required for the completion of this project. The Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the gross amount of the bid and be payable to the order of the Village of Ladd. Bidders wishing to observe the proposed project should make arrangements with the Engineer, Don Bixby, at (815) 223-3344. Bids may be held by the Village of Ladd for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding
