**As of April 14, 2025, the project was awarded to RMH Concrete & Foundations, with an awarded amount of $277,937.65.** All questions during bidding should be addressed to Jason Morter, PE, SI, Assistant City Engineer, who can be reached at the City of Tiffin, 51 East Market Street, Tiffin, Ohio 44883 at 419.448.5425 or by email at jmorter@tiffinohio.gov. The scope of work consists of concrete curb replacement, ADA compliant sidewalk replacement, installation of stamped concrete, installation of decorative lighting and roadway resurfacing for the City of Tiffin. The bid specifications, drawings, plan holders list, addenda, and other bid information may be obtained from the City Engineer's Office. Only electronic versions of the bidding documents will be available. Electronic bidding documents will be provided to the plan holder at no charge. All prime contractors bidding the project must BASE BID - $325,000.00 The scope of work consists of concrete curb replacement, ADA compliant sidewalk replacement, installation of stamped concrete, installation of decorative lighting and roadway resurfacing for the City of Tiffin.
