Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tiffin, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,000-square-foot educational facility.

As of August 27, 2025, construction documents are complete. This project will bid in winter 2026 with construction commencing in May 2026. Tiffin City Schools Middle School Student Dining Renovations ; Location- 103 Shepherd Drive Tiffin, Ohio 44883; Replace existing metal-clad wood windows and doors in the student dining room with aluminum storefront windows and doors and new masonry knee wall. Provide new wall and door to existing Table Storage Room. Repair damaged gypsum wallboard bulkheads near the window wall. New flooring, wall base, paint, window coverings, and proscenium finishes throughout the space. HVAC Work: Select removal, storage and reinstallation of existing HVAC diffuser/grilles as required for general construction. Diffusers shall be painted by Generial Contractor prior to resinstallation by HVAC con Electrical Work: Replace/retrofit existing lighting where indicated. Provide new lighting and connect to existing lighting circuit. Existing storefront fire alarm pull stations shall be removed and reinstalled on new storefront. Rough-ins will be provided for motorized shades.
