A DBE goal of 5.4% has been assigned to this project. The scope of work consists of sanitary sewer repair and associated restoration within Combined Sewer Overflow Basins 9-13 & 15. Question Deadline 06/19/2025 at 3:00 PM ET All Pre-Bid questions are required to be submitted to the City Engineer . The contract is required to be completed no later than May 29, 2026. Each bidder is required to furnish with it s a proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. The project is being constructed with funds from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, Division of Environmental and Financial Assistance and funds from the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC). This project will be subject to Federal Prevailing Wage Rates (Davis-Bacon Act). It will also be subject to all applicable Federal Equal Opportunity Laws, and related regulations as well as the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123. No bidder shall be permitted to withdraw their bid for a period of 90 days after the time of opening bids.
