This project includes 1,235 linear feet of walking trail will be installed at the park. A handicap parking spot will be added to the current parking lot, as well as four benches that will be placed along the looped walking path. This contract is being funded from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, Community Development Block Grant Program. The successful bidder will be subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, 12 U.S.C. 17010. All prime contractors bidding the project must obtain their plans and bidding documents directly from the City Administration Office and be plan holders with the City Administration Office. Bid date notes: Bids must be in accordance with the specifications and on the forms available from the City Administration Office and must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked Apple-Jack Park Improvements, CDBG A-F-24-2DX-1.
