The Project Involves the Replacement of the Existing, Single-span, Truss Bridge With a New, Single-span, Prestressed Concrete Box Beam Superstructure on New Concrete Abutments Supported by Steel H-piles. Bidders Must Comply With the Prevailing Hourly Wage and Fringe Benefits as Determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce for the Seneca County, Ohio. A5% Edge Goal Has Been Assigned to This Project. Bidders Shall Provide Documentation on How the Edge Goal Will Be Met Prior to Project Award. The Contractor Shall Be Odot Pre-qualified at the Time of Bidding, at the Time of Project Award, and Through the Life of the Construction Contract. The "Prime" Contractor Must Perform No Less Than 30 Percent of the Total Original Contract Price.
