Work Dates and Time: The work must be scheduled no later than seven (10) calendar days after receipt of award purchase order. Completion of work must be within the scheduled timeframes. Start date and time to be coordinated with each site contact. All work shall be completed April 11, 2025. Commodity Code: 91073, 91483, 90961, 90963 – Tile and Stone Repairs Cover and secure all floor drains to eliminate foreign matter intrusion. ii) Remove, clean and safely store all fixtures for reinstallation at the end of the project (sinks, sinks base, mirrors, soap dispensers, hand driers, light fixtures, changing table, partitions and cover plates) It is the contractors responsible to repair or replace any fixtures damaged during storage. iii) Remove existing FRP wall material in area to receive tile and inspect for damage substructure. Tongue and groove wood paneling will not be removed. iv) Repair/replace any rotten or damaged substructure and prepare walls with manufacturer recommended backer board and waterproof membrane to accept tile. v) Provide and install porcelain wall tile, matching cove base and water cleanable epoxy grout. Tile size 12” x 24”, 11/32 thick. Tile color and style to be selected by Park. Grout color to selected from the manufacturers full range of colors by the park. Suggested tile manufactures: (1) American Orleans (2) Daltile (3) Conestoga Tile (4) United States Ceramic Tile Company vi) Provide and install toilet enclosures, urinal screens made of HDPE solid color throughout and associated hardware. Color to be selected by park staff. Suggested partition manufacturers: (1) American Sanitary Partition (2) Knickerbocker Partition Corp. (3) General Partition Mfg. Corp. vii) Reinstall clean sinks, sink bases, mirrors, soap dispensers, hand driers, light fixtures, changing tables, partitions, cover plates and any other removed fixtures. viii) Clean all project areas.
