Shenandoah River State Park Septic Pumping and Repair Services Contract, 1-year with 4-1-year optional renewals. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a term contract of (1) one year with (4) optional (1) one-year renewals with one qualified vendor to provide Septic Pumping, Inspection & Repair Services for Department of Conservation and Recreation, Shenandoah River State Park located in Bentonville, Virginia. Awards will be made on a grand total basis, and a purchase order will be placed at the beginning of the first delivery term of year one. Pricing is to be inclusive of all fees associated with services as specified herein. Contractor shall provide labor, equipment and supplies to provide septic pumping, inspection service and repairs for the following areas with estimated specifications, to below listed Site Service location, a member of the state park system managed by the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation following specifications listed: Site Service Location: Shenandoah River State Park 350 Daughter of Stars Drive Bentonville, VA 22610 Award by Approved Purchase Order Issued from online and signed contract summary term year (1) one to begin upon award or August 19, 2025. If the Agency concludes that questions and answers require a change in scope of work, all questions and answers will be provided by addendum to be posted online. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to obtain the addendum to obtain the information. The Commonwealth may make such reasonable investigations as deemed proper and necessary to determine the ability of the bidder to perform the services/furnish the goods and the bidder shall furnish to the Commonwealth all such information and data for this purpose as may be requested. The Commonwealth reserves the right to inspect Bidder's physical facilities prior to award to satisfy questions regarding the Bidder's capabilities. The Commonwealth further reserves the right to reject any proposal if the evidence submitted by, or investigations of, such bidder fails to satisfy the Commonwealth that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to provide the services and/or furnish the goods contemplated therein.
