Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Smithfield, Rhode Island. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Plan design and construction of approximately 1,200 LF of 4-ft. wide sidewalks to improve pedestrian safety and mobility. Will further complement the replacement of the Capron Road bridge replaced by RIDOT in 2018. Project will provide safe pedestrian mobility from Smithfield Scenic Walking Trail to the Smith Appleby House. The project is included in the City's 2027-2031 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of January 30, 2026, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
