The City is seeking statements of qualifications from interested firms to provide Design-Build Services (DBS) for the planning, design, and construction of a new Fire Station #8. The project will include the development of plans and specifications, with the construction utilizing brick, stone, steel, and/or other suitable materials appropriate for fire station facilities. The City is seeking statements of qualifications from interested firms to provide Design-Build Services (DBS) for the planning, design, and construction of a new Fire Station #8. The City will place strong emphasis on working with a firm that has experience in designing, engineering and constructing fire stations. The professional engineering services to be provided include all services necessary for the development of plans and specifications suitable for construction in accordance with the applicable ordinances of the City of Conroe. These services may include but are not limited to surveying, traffic planning, water and wastewater infrastructure, drainage, and construction phase services during the construction of this project. This project is located at 676 FM 3083 - Conroe, Texas 77301. This station will provide fire protection services for the surrounding area.
