Project consists of a new Elementary School with associated site work. Work includes a Library, Dining Room, Foodservice Prep Area, Classrooms, Administration Areas, Gym, All Associated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems. The building has a Steel Structure, With Brick Veneer and CMU Exterior, CMU and/or Metal Stud Backup Walls, and a Single-ply Membrane Roofing System and Walkway Canopies. Site Improvements May Include but Are Not Limited to Concrete Paving, Parking, Site Utilities, Storm Water Drainage. PLEASE NOTE: - Civil work (site clearing, grubbing and SWPPP) and MEP Equipment (chillers, generator and transfer switch, and main switchboard (MSB)) have bid separately. - Stewart Builders has procured the Chillers, AHUs, Generators, MSA & MSB.
