Renovation of a civil project in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of April 03, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Removal of one wastewater treatment plant diesel generator and one remote well diesel generator, including associated automatic transfer switches, conduit, and other incidental items. Provide and install natural gas generators, foundations, and electrical improvements as per the plans and specifications. The deadline to ask questions is 3/04/2025 12:01 AM CST Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of Montgomery County MUD No. 18 in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it.
