Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Crestwood, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The proposed work includes: site preparation for pre-fabricated restroom building, including new sidewalk and electrical service, coordination for with Green Flush for delivery and installation of pre-fabricated restroom, and expanded parking at the existing paved lot. The City of Crestwood will award this project based on the proposal that, in its sole discretion, best meets the interests and requirements of the City. The City of Crestwood reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any and all proposals, to waive technicalities or deficiencies in any or all the proposals, to negotiate with any or all bidders or others for other or more favorable terms or prices, and/or to award the contract to other than the bidder submitting the lowest cost proposal, with or without negotiation.
