Reference Number 0000375198 The Aspen/Pitkin County Housing Authority (APCHA) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the replacement of outdoor bollard lights at the Truscott residential property, specifically serving the 200-300 buildings. This project aims to upgrade the existing compact fluorescent light fixtures to energy-efficient LED lighting or potentially solar-powered fixtures, contingent on budget feasibility. The project is critical for ensuring adequate lighting, safety, and energy efficiency. The project will include, but is not limited to, the replacement of outdoor bollard lighting at the 200-300 buildings of Truscott Apartments. This includes upgrading the existing fixtures to energy-efficient LED or solar-powered alternatives, improving visibility, safety, and durability while addressing wear and exposure to environmental elements.
