Site work and paving for a civil project in Highland Park, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Scope The project generally includes reconstruction of Beverly Drive and Miramar Avenue along the Hackberry Creek crossings, the Beverly Drive culvert and headwalls, and four (4) cladded retaining and landscape walls along Hackberry Creek. Question Deadline 02/17/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda and provided through CivCast documents on Bidders must submit with their bids a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount bid, payable without recourse to the OWNER from an approved Surety Company as guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute bond and guarantee forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract is issued to him or her. A cashier's check will not be accepted. The successful Bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the Contract price from an approved Surety Company holding a permit from the State of Texas, to act as Surety. All unit prices must be stated in both words and numerals. Only electronic bids will be accepted. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or formalities. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the price of the bids, the OWNER reserves the right to consider the most advantageous bid thereof, or to reject the bid. Unreasonable or unbalanced unit prices will be considered sufficient cause of rejection of any bid or bids.
