The project involves an interior remodel of three areas totaling approximately 3,200 SF. The largest renovation area is the surgery suite, which will include: o Two new procedure rooms o A new anesthesia room o A scope/procedure equipment processing room Construction start date: July 21, 2025 Construction completion date: November 21, 2025 The prequalification form collects key qualification metrics, including: - Construction experience in occupied healthcare spaces - Safety record (EMR, OSHA history) - Bonding and insurance capacity - Workforce availability - Client references W. A. Klinger, L.L.C., has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) for the upcoming Orange City Area Health System Surgery Department Remodel. The CMaR process involves prequalifying all bidders. This prequalification process evaluates contractors on experience, financial stability, and technical capabilities. Only prequalified firms will be invited to submit bids.
