Special Commitment Center Campus Fire Alarm Replacement. This Request for Qualifications is for the purpose of selecting an Electrical Engineer for Design Services for the Campus Fire Alarm Replacement located at 11150 N 20 th Ave. McNeil Island, WA 98303. This scope of work includes design services only. This project requires design services to install addressable smoke and heat sensor devices, audible and visual alarms, and communications cabling, as needed for the campus. All new devices will be compatible with newly installed fire alarm panels The modern fire alarm systems will improve life safety. The fire alarm systems are reliable The system is inexpensive to operate & maintain. The systems will have a long lifecycle before needing to be replaced. Replace the fire alarm systems with non-proprietary systems. 5% Veteran Owned Business certified by the Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs 5% Washington Small Businesses self-identified in the Washington Electronic Business Solution
