The project will coordinate with, and is to follow other pavement maintenance operations and is to commenced within 10-days after the Notice to Proceed. Completion of the Work is required as specified in the Agreement. Bid Security in the amount of 5% the total Bid Price must accompany each Bid in the form specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
