Reference Number 0000376126 The Carbon Valley Parks and Recreation District (CVPRD) is seeking bids from qualified commercials asphalt repair companies to repair parking lots at the Carbon Valley Recreation and Gymnastic Centers. Scope of Services: Carbon Valley Recreation Center Lots (701 5th Street, Frederick CO 80530) a. Remove and replace the asphalt at 6" in depth to repair the thermal cracks throughout the main parking area. b. Remove and replace the asphalt at 6" in depth, approximately 12"x12" to repair the pothole in the back lot. c. Crack seal both the north and south parking areas - approximately 2,000 LF d. Seal coat both north and south parking areas - approximately 47,865 SF e. Restripe parking stalls and ADA parking stalls in accordance with local and state code requirements. f. Site clean-up once complete. g. Work to start and be completed between August 20-22, 2025 Carbon Valley Gymnastics Center (6615 Frederick Way, Frederick CO 80530) a. Perform a 2" mill and overlay on the entire drive lane. Approximately 12,317 SF b. Remove and replace the asphalt at 6" depth to repair the thermal cracks in the mainparking area. c. Crack Seal both the parking areas approximately 500 LF d. Sealcoat both the north and south parking areas. Approximately 12,033 SF e. Restripe parking stalls and ADA parking stalls in accordance with local and staterequirements. f. Site clean-up once complete. g.
