AKRON ZOOLOGICAL PARK REQUEST FOR PRICING CONSTRUCTION SERVICES Project Name: Penguin Point Alteration & Meso America Alteration Submission Deadline: 03/03/2025 12:00pm local time Request for Qualifications: Akron Zoological Park (AZP) is requesting interested firms to submit qualifications to provide construction services for this very exciting project. The Zoo intends to use the AIA A102 agreement for this project. Brief Description of Project and Scope of Work: Penguin Point - This project is primarily mechanical upgrades to an existing LSS system that serves the penguin pool and adjacent waterfowl pond. Meso America - This project will consist of expanding our current snow leopard habitat to the adjacent outdoor habitat. Submittal Guidelines: Qualification and Pricing submissions must be received no later than 12:00pm on Monday, March 3rd, 2025. Interviews will be scheduled for the week of March 17th, 2025.
