Grass mowing/bailing bids for the old Steagall Landfill (app. 80 acres) located at Knox Road 300 E., just south of the BNSF hump tower in Galesburg IL. Knox County Landfill is seeking bids for a three-year contact (April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2028) to provide grass mowing and bailing services for the old Steagall Landfill. Bidders should understand, that the bid is a once a year lump sum amount paid to the Knox County Landfill each year on April 1, for the duration of the contact. The successful bidder will mow the grass at least twice a year and take ownership of all grass baled.
