FDVA invites interested Contractors to submit a bid in accordance with this solicitation. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish an Agreement with FDVA, for Contractor provision of all labor, services, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, parts, and supplies required to completely remove and dispose of existing fencing, as well fully assemble and install new fencing for the Baldomero Lopez State Veterans' Nursing Home located at 6919 Parkway Blvd., Land O Lakes, FL 34639 (Pasco County), see full details in Section "III" Statement of Work. The term of the resulting Contract shall commence on the date of the Agreement's full execution, with no renewals. FDVA requires specified services to be completed to the full satisfaction and acceptance of FDVA and any applicable authorities having jurisdiction, within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the Agreement's full execution. The contract resulting from this solicitation shall be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder (vendor/contractor), as determined solely by FDVA. In the event that the contract resulting from this solicitation is unable to be executed by the awarded bidder or FDVA, FDVA reserves the right to re-award the contract to the next lowest responsive and responsible bidder, as determined solely by FDVA.
