Contract Term/Option to Renew: The initial term of the contract is for a three (3) year period from April 16, 2025 through April 15, 2028 and may, by mutual agreement between District and the successful vendor, be renewed for a period not to exceed the initial contract term, and if needed, up to six (6) months beyond the expiration date of the current contract period.
