The city intends to extend utilities in Ustick Road to areas of proposed development. City staff have worked closely with developers interested in the area to identify the expedited need for this project, the timing of which is partially driven by the SH16 extension that will increase access to this area. The city is focused on completing the Purdam Trunk Sewer Extension in an expedient manner that maximizes the efficiency during the design and construction phases of the project. No pre-bid meeting will be held. Questions issued via email. Question Deadline- Proposers pose questions and inquiries, send via e-mail February 14, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. MST.
