Ustick Road Corridor - Phyllis Canal to Owyhee Storm Ave The Project includes the following Work: Ustick Road Corridor project will rebuild and widen the existing road from a two-lane rural section to a four-lane urban section. Widening will include paved multi modal paths on either side of Ustick Road, on site storm water detention and infiltration facilities, relocation of existing irrigation and drainage facilities, installation of city utilities, and installation of a signal at the Ustick and Star roads intersection. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Ustick Road Corridor, Phyllis Canal to Owyhee Storm Ave . The Project will be a completion day contract, all Work shall be substantially complete by November 5, 2026. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the bid proposal.
