As of May 7, 2025, project will be rebid, no rebid date yet Reuse Compliance - 15.0 Extension Pipeline The Project includes the following Work: The work covered under this contract will be performed along Moses Drain, within the existing Moses Drain easement. The overall project will consist of a furnishing and installing Solid Wall PVC irrigation pipeline of approximately 3,600 lineal feet. The gravity irrigation pipe alignment will collect drainage from the existing 15.0 North Lateral traveling west along Homedale Road and flow northwest along the eastern bank of Moses Drain. This first section of irrigation pipe will be 18-inches in diameter and will collect flow from the 15.0 South Lateral, which flows north along N Midway Road. The irrigation pipe will increase to a 24-inch pipe after connecting with the South Lateral. An existing storm drain pipe will require relocation at the South Lateral connection. The irrigation pipeline will continue to flow northwest along the eastern bank of the Moses Drain. The pipeline will connect to the existing Highline Canal concrete structure north of Laster Street. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Reuse Compliance - 15.0 Extension Pipeline/PWWWUPPH2F The project has an expected duration of 120 calendar days. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the City of Nampa as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. City of Nampa reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Nampa.
