Sealed quotes will be received by the City of Rolla for furnishing the City of Rolla with ready-mix concrete from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026. Material to be furnished shall consist of fresh mixed concrete delivered to jobsites. A condition of these specifications is that all bidders must submit a firm quote for supplying concrete from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026. The City of Rolla estimates that the material requirements for 2025-26 will be 500 CY of 6 bag concrete and 100 CY of 8 bag concrete. All aggregates incorporated into the concrete must be certified to meet current section 1005 MoDOT specifications. Certifications must be supplied upon request. All mix designs must be approved by the City of Rolla Public Works Department prior to use. Each load of material shall be accompanied by a delivery ticket indicating the number of CY delivered. Delivery tickets shall be furnished and signed in duplicate with each delivery by a City representative and shall indicate the type of material delivered. The quantities of materials are estimates only and are not binding on the part of the City. Quotes shall be binding from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 on the successful bidder. The City of Rolla reserves the right to reject any or all quotes received or to split the quotes.
