Parking Lot Maintenance and Repair . The Contractor shall have a Diversity Participation goal of ten percent (10%) combined Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE), and/or Veteran Owned Business, and a goal of three percent (3%) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVE) of awarded contract price for work to be performed.
