Request for Proposals for Professional Services: Buena Vista Flood Hazard Resilience Plan The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the purchase of professional services by the City of Buena Vista ("City" or "Buena Vista") Department of Community Development. The City requests proposals from qualified companies or individuals for consulting services to develop a Buena Vista Flood Hazard Resiliency Plan. The proposals will be initially reviewed by the City's Director of Community Development. The City reserves the right to request any additional information which might be deemed necessary after reviewing the information submitted. Any proposal submitted will be binding for sixty (60) days beyond the bid opening and may not be modified, withdrawn, or canceled during that time period.
