Separate sealed BIDS for pipe lining, spot repair or initial investigation of 7 stormwater pipe segments at various locations around Town. The scope of work includes pipe lining of a total of approximately 522 linear feet of pipe and the initial investigation of a 112 linear foot pipe. This request also includes 4 bid alternative pipes for lining . All questions by prospective BIDDERS as to the interpretations of the Contract & Bidding Documents must be submitted in writing to Alex Kubala Each BID must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the OWNER for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the BID. A BID bond may be used in lieu of a certified check. A performance BOND and a payment BOND, each in the amount of 100 percent of the CONTRACT PRICE, with a corporate surety approved by the OWNER, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract. The Contractor will be required to satisfactorily complete the entire work, including final grooming and clean-up, by Friday, June 20, 2025. The scope of work, herein after "Work" or "Project" includes pipe lining of a total of approximately 522 linear feet of pipe (Pipes 1-6) and the initial investigation of a 112 linear foot pipe (Pipe 7). The Town is also requesting information on spot repairs and 4 bid alternative pipes (Pipes A-1 through A-4) for lining. The Town requests that alternatives for heat curing and ultra violet (UV) curing are included in the Bids, if possible (see Bid Schedule). The specific locations of the pipe and images from the inspection videos are included in Appendix A of the Contract & Bidding Documents.
