Reference Number 0000375456 The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to fire alarm, fire sprinkler and fire suppression systems Inspection and service contract for various City owned buildings. All work is to be completed by on or before December 31, 2026. This shall be one year eight and half months Contract with an option to extend for three (3) additional one year periods. Each additional year will include a 3.5% increase in fee.
