The City of Dawson Creek invites qualified contractors to submit a bid for the provision of Janitorial Services at multiple City facilities. These facilities include the City Airport Terminal, Airport Tower, City Hall and the Public Works Yard. Bidders must be competent in their ability to perform a variety of janitorial tasks in a timely and efficient manner and meet the service levels standards as set by the City. Performance of work involves the furnishing of all labour, equipment and cleaning supplies necessary for the day-to-day upkeep of clean and sanitary conditions. Estimated Contract Duration (36 months) The selected bidder will enter into a contract with the City for the provision of the Scope of Work described in Appendix A to this RFQ, which contract shall be in the form attached as Appendix C - Form of Contract of this RFQ. The City intends to enter into a contract with only one (1) legal entity for a period of three (3) years, beginning May 1, 2025 and ending April 30, 2028 with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms Anticipated Award of Contract March 24, 2025
