Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to reconstruct the Runway 11-29R at 15 Wing Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Work under this Contract covers all labour, materials and equipment to reconstruct the Runway 11L-29R at CFB Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: 1 Installation of temporary security fencing and construction barriers. 2 Demolition, removal and crushing of existing concrete pavements. 3 Cold milling of existing asphalt pavements. 4 Removal of existing storm drainage and sub-drainage piping. Topsoil stripping and stockpiling. 6 Common excavation of existing subgrade soils and stockpiling. 7 Removal of existing runway and taxiway edge lighting 8 Removal of existing runway approach lighting 9 Removal of existing electrical cables 10 Installation of new underground storm drainage piping 11 Installation of new sub-drainage piping. 12 Installation of new lids for existing precast concrete airfield manholes. 13 Installation of new airfield electrical cables and manholes. 14 Installation of new runway and taxiway edge lighting. 15 Installation of new runway approach lighting 16 Installation of new airfield signage. 17 Subgrade compaction and proofrolling. 18 Placement of new granular subbase and base materials. 19 Construction of new hot mix asphalt (HMA) pavements. 20 Construction of new Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavements. 21 Construction of new Runway End Safety Area (RESA) 22 Installation of new joint sealant. 23 Installation of new paint markings. 24.Landscaping, including topsoil, fertilizer, and hydroseeding. 25 Closeout submittals, including, but not limited to, the final site as-built survey. The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 544 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
