The work consists of: The Town of Louisville clearing an approx.10-foot lane for fence installation. Box 215 Louisville, TN 37777 Project A - Install approximately 1,700 feet of 6-foot top twist (barb)selvage, black coated, chain link fencing on 2 sides of Beal DogPark. To include (1) 20-foot double gate (near the lake) that makea 20- foot gap for adjacent property owner to have access to his property from the dog park. Also, (1) 8-foot double gate on the backside near the left corner for access to additional Town property at the power line. DUE TO STEEP TERRAIN, BIDDER MUST VISIT THE SITE INORDER FOR BID TO BE CONSIDERED Bids shall be identified on the exterior of the sealed envelope with all the information required by law, including the name of the projectand the bidder's name, address and license number, expiration date and classification. All bidders must be licensed contractors to perform the type of construction herein described and as required by the Tennessee Code Annotated. Each bidder agrees by the submission of his bid to commence work within ten (10) days of the issuance by the Town of a "Written Noticeto Proceed" and to fully complete the work within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. A 10% bid bond or certified check for that amount will be enclosed with the bid package. A performance and payment bond will be required before the start of the project.
