Install Electrical Circuit IAW attached PWS Contracting POC will be TSgt Andrew Headrick at 8653363351 or andrewheadrickusafmil Please send questions in writing so they may be answered and posted to SAM General 11 Scope The contractor shall provide all personnel equipment tools materials supervision and quality control necessary except as specified in Paragraph 30 as Government Furnished to perform install two Eaton 480V 80A 3PH boltin breakers Two new appropriately sized electrical circuits will be installed in conduit running from the Eaton Uninterruptible Power Supply UPS to two separate inrack Power Distribution Units PDUs All necessary electrical connections will be made on or around energized panels by qualified Data Center Technicians to ensure the PDUs are fully operational without outages Existing legacy conduit and cabling from the inrack PDUs will be removed as defined in this PWS 111 Objectives Provide power from new UPS to PDUs and disconnect from legacy equipment 12 Background This work is required to remediate an incomplete original installation When the new Eaton UPS were installed the contract did not include the necessary connections between the UPS and the PDUs preventing the system from operating as designed Connecting the PDUs to the UPS will bring the equipment into a fully operational state The existing legacy UPS systems have reached their endoflife and are no longer supported making this connection critical for maintaining operational functionality 13 Period of Performance PoP The Period of Performance shall be over a period of 5 days 14 General Information 141 Place and Performance of Services 125 Briscoe Drive Louisville TN 37777 The contractor shall provide services between the hours of 0730 1630 on Monday Friday except on recognized US holidays or when the Government facilityinstallation is closed due to local or national emergencies administrative closings or similar Governmentdirected facilityinstallation closings The performance shall be at building 125 The contractor shall at all times maintain an adequate workforce for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within this PWS when the Government facilityinstallation is not closed for the above reasons When hiring personnel the contractor shall keep in mind that the stability and continuity of the work force are essential Teleworking is not authorized All questions are to be submitted in writing by 12 August 2025 @ 2:00 PM EDT additional site visit note: Due to security conditions, all offerors must register to attend this site visit. Email the following information for all attendees to the following address: andrew.headrick@us.af.mil o Firm Name and Telephone Number o Visitor's Name o REAL ID Driver's License (copy) o Citizenship 3. This information must be provided in advance, at a minimum of 2 business days prior to the meeting, in order to ensure access to the military base and site visit and ensure adequate seating for the conference attendees. Even if you have access to the base you must register to ensure adequate seating. The furnishing of the above information is voluntary; however, your failure to furnish all or part of the requested information may result in the Government's denial of your access to the site visit. This information will be provided to the Base Security Forces who authorize your entrance to the site. Visitors must pick up their passes at the Installation's Main Entry Gate prior to arrival. You will be required to present the following information upon arrival. o Valid REAL ID Driver's License 4. The information provided at this site visit shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply.
