Site work and paving for a road / highway in Louisville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work consists of: Project A -D Mix asphalt overlay on Little Dug Gap Road. Total overlay area = approximately 19,478 s.y. shoulder maintenance = approximately 19,478 linear feet; pavement striping = approximately 9,739 linear feet of road. Project B - D Mix asphalt overlay on Devault Rd. Total overlay area = approximately 6,242 s.y.; shoulder maintenance = approximately 7,022 linear feet; NO PAVEMENT STRIPING Project C - D Mix asphalt overlay on Little Dug Gap Lane. Total overlay area = approximately 2,767 s.y.; shoulder maintenance = approximately 3,558 linear feet; NO PAVEMENT STRIPING. Bids shall be identified on the exterior of the sealed envelope with all the information required by law, including the name of the project and the bidder's name, address and license number, expiration date and classification. All bidders must be licensed contractors to perform the type of construction herein described and as required by Tennessee Code Annotated. Each bidder agrees by the submission of his bid to commence work within ten (10) days of the issuance by the Town of a "Written Notice to Proceed" and to fully complete the work within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
