Contractor agrees to provide janitorial service one (1) day per week at the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Chester Resident Post. Contractor agrees to provide all transportation, personnel, labor, materials, equipment (including, but not limited to brooms, buffers, and mops), operating expenses, annual inflation cost/rate adjustments, profit margin, and all other equipment required to perform all work as described in this Agreement. CHP will supply all cleaning supplies, such as but not limited to, cleaning/chemical agents, all paper products, trash liners, consumables, etc. Contractor will provide CHP a list of these items as needed for replacement The services shall be performed at: locations California Highway Patrol Chester Resident Post 1187 Hwy 36 Chester, CA 96020 Question Deadline 02/21/2025 at 11:00 AM PT Bidders shall submit questions via email to Ms. Tessa Gomez at tegomez@chp.ca.gov. The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026 with one (1) one-year option to extend by the state. CHP reserves the right not to accept or respond to verbal questions and inquiries.
