Renovation of an educational facility in West Lebanon, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

One classroom at each school will be renovated to include demolition of the floors, walls, and ceiling finishes, hardware and equipment, counters, shelving, lighting fixtures, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, wiring, junction boxes, switches, outlets, and similar as described in the plans. The same classrooms will then be renovated to include new floors, walls and ceilings, casework, countertops, tack boards, whiteboards, painting, as well as the relocation and addition of electrical outlets, new wiring for outlets, lighting, new light fixtures, and plumbing for the installation of new sinks. Replacement of windows in both classrooms, as well as the windows in an additional classroom at Mount Lebanon School, shall be included as an alternate. The contract signing will be held on in March/April 2025 with work beginning when school ends on or about June 14, 2025. The Classroom Renovation Project must be completed by August 22, 2025. All questions concerning the plans and specifications shall be directed to John Kerber, Director of Facilities, Lebanon School District. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid submitted. Surety companies executing the Bond must appear on the U.S. Treasury Department's most current list (Circular 570, as amended) and must be authorized to transact business in the State of New Hampshire. A lump sum with additive alternative unit price contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder whose bid conforms to all the material terms and conditions of the Invitation for Bids, pending satisfactory review of all required submittals, and is the lowest in price. Failure to submit all information called for may disqualify the bid. The Lebanon School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Question Deadline 02/21/2025 All questions concerning the plans and specifications shall be directed to John Kerber, Director of Facilities, Lebanon School District. Omissions, discrepancies, and questions must be submitted in writing to the Owner prior to 5:00 PM at least five (5) working days before the date for receipt of bids.
