Description

Site work and renovation of a civil project in West Lebanon, New Hampshire. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The existing steam boiler pipes are over 60 years old and are extremely inefficient. The new boiler to be installed will be able to heat via hot water, and if the conversion is made then it will significantly reduce energy costs and will stabilize the building's heating system for decades. The pipes and radiators throughout the building will need to be replaced, and any asbestos insulation will need to be abated. This project will involve interior demolition and construction, and may require temporary relocation of building staff. The project is included in the City's 2026-2031 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of September 18, 2025, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
