Renovation and addition to a municipal facility in West Lebanon, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and 750-square-foot municipal facility.
The work includes construction of a new, approximately 750 square foot addition and renovations to the existing office at 31 Romano Circle and electric utility improvements on the Romano Circle site in West Lebanon, NH. Proposals must be accompanied by a satisfactory bid guarantee (if the bid is greater than $100,000) for 5% of the proposal or other security as indicated. The selected contractor will be required to furnish a 100% contract performance bond and a 100% contract payment bond for contracts greater than $100,000 or other performance methods as described in the information for contractor. Proposals are to be submitted on the form provided by the owner. Minority and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals or sub-contract for this construction project. The owner reserves the right to waive all formalities and reject any and all proposals or accept any proposal. Original, signed, sealed proposals shall be placed in envelopes clearly marked with the project title, the name and address of the submitting firm, and the due date on the outside of the envelope, addressed as indicated. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
