The Lebanon Municipal Airport is seeking a Custodial Service contractor for the terminal building. Custodial Services are required for the first-floor public spaces, TSA offices, passenger screening area, passenger hold room, and second-floor administration spaces. The terminal building operates seven days per week, 365 days per year, including holidays. Cleaning is to occur during the building's open hours. All bids must be submitted through the City of Lebanon eProcurement Portal. Bidders should give a unit price in figures for each item yielding a total price for each item, entered by an authorized company representative. Bidders must have adequate financial resources, necessary experience, organization, technical and professional qualifications, equipment, and facilities. Bidders should be able to comply with the required performance schedule and have a satisfactory record of past performance on similar projects. Bidders must examine all contract documents and visit the work location prior to proposal submission. Discrepancies or omissions should be reported through the eProcurement Questions portal by the designated deadline. The Scope of Services is detailed in an attachment referenced as part of the proposal documents. The successful contractor will be required to furnish necessary Bonds and Insurance Certificates.
