The project will provide a series of upgrades to the existing elevator in Southwick's Town Hall and Senior Center to make it more reliable, energy efficient, and accessible to users of all ages and abilities. This project is being administered by the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (PVPC) and funded by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities, FY24 Southwick Community Development Block Grant Programs. Town Hall Elevator Modernization Project. Estimated Cost $125,000 Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
