Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brodhead, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project includes the following Work: Complete reconstruction of 13th Street from W 6th Ave to W 3rd Ave and W 3rd Ave from 17th St to 11th St. This includes but is not limited to: o Replacement of water main, hydrants, valves, and services. o Replacement of sanitary sewer, manholes, laterals. o Replacement of storm sewer, inlets, manholes. o Replacement of roadway: removal of existing pavement and base and placement of base aggregate and HMA Pavement and concrete curb and gutter. o Replacement of sidewalk and placement of new sidewalk along project limits. The anticipated substantial completion date is 09/30/2025 and final completion date is 10/30/2025. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bid Proposals may be denied if the requirements of this section are not met and waivers are required. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
