Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Brodhead, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The installation of a new family restroom inside the existing library space. This work includes new walls door, finishes, adjusting and connecting into the existing water and sanitary sewer lines, plumbing fixtures, associated electrical and exhaust with other associate project work and new finishes. PROPOSED PROJECT SCHEDULE: Fall 2025 through April 2026 with a focused 6-week on-site work period determined by General Contractor. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. Performance and Payment Bonds for the full contract amount shall be required from the successful Bidder. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any proposal which they deem most favorable to the interests of the Owner.
